Edgar was great. He had a little mix up with his helper. His first helper just wasn't up to par so he sent them home and brought out a different guy. Due to the mix up he lowered his already low price a bit more. Overall I would defiantly use Edgar and nice guys again.

Nice Guys Movers did an excellent job with our move. Not only were they prompt, friendly and professional but when we got to our new home and the washer and dryer wouldn't fit through the door they took the time (and had the tools) to remove doors and the security gate to get the appliances in and then put everything back like it was. I would definitely call them again. They were really nice guys =)

Edgar and his crew really were nice guys. They were able to change my moving date on short notice to accommodate contractors still working and beat the parades just before Mardi Gras weekend. They were professional, prompt, careful, and quick. The move from the 1,750 sq.foot house I had lived in for 10 years took just under 4 hours, as quoted. I would highly recommend Edgar and his crew. Their rates are fair; and they're consummate professionals.

I heard Nice Guys for a one-time "deep clean" on my home, and they were extremely professional, courteous, and timely in their work. Our house was left spotless, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services!

I contacted Nice Guy movers to move a law office within a short time frame. It took 3 guys about 5 hours because of large office furniture. They were courteous, professional, and worked hard the entire time. I highly recommend Nice Guy Movers and would definitely use them again.

Edgar came out and carted away 6 months worth of a stressful move and now I don't feel like I'm living in a warehouse! He was nice and professional, quick and easy to work with. Thought the weather would prevent him from coming, but he called to say he'd check back an hour before the move. He did and, thankfully, he was able to come out that day! The price changed due to the amount of household items I had to dispose of, but it wasn't much and well worth it! Great customer service which is so rare these days! I highly recommend them and would definitely call on them again.

I had a narrow window with short notice to get the sofa from the previous owners. Edgard was quick to reply and flexible enough to work with me on the timing. Also, the house that the sofa came from was a white glove type job; art work on the walls, antiques nearby, etc... He was punctual, respected the need to do the job carefully, & he was well prepared with his own equipment (covered trailer, straps, blankets, plastic wrap.) The work wasn't any easier at my house, considering there was furniture to be removed here & the 2 new sofas coming in. Some of it was physically impossible to carry up stairs and he was prepared to get the furniture moved via balcony. That alone puts him at the top of the list, many other movers I contacted were not willing or able to do that part of the job. I will say, Nice Guys aced this job and now have 2 new clients that will call him first for the next job.

Nice Guys Movers are just as their name states, very nice and efficient movers. Three men were able to pack up all of my heavy furniture from my third story apartment and move everything into my new 2 story house. They had moving blankets and a covered trailer and were quick but careful with my belongings. Very down to earth and respectful people as well. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Edgardo and his helpers, Dylan and Ted, moved me January 26, 2014. They were right on time, and helped in every way possible in addition to moving my furniture, they even helped put out some items in the dumpster. They truly are nice guys and very careful about handling and protecting the furniture. I was very pleased with hiring them.

They were scheduled to haul away my old sofa on day 1 of the Sneauxpocalypse. Weather prevented pickup on the scheduled day, but they were great about calling and rescheduling. They showed up promptly on the re-scheduled date. It was very convenient to be able to pay with a credit card. Would very much recommend.
